Factory Direct items always ship via FedEx, and are not available for Pick Up. Factory Direct items typically ship within 5 - 7 business days from the date order is paid in full.
Yes. A flat rate of $9.99, $19.99 or $29.99, depending on the item, for will be charged for each unit item shipped Factory Direct. If your order contains a Factory Direct item and regular merchandise that is shipped via Bob's Delivery, you will be charged standard Bob's Delivery rates for the regular merchandise and the Factory Direct item(s) will ship free via FedEx.

If your Factory Direct item is damaged upon receipt, please call our Web Support line at 860-474-1089. A Customer Care agent will work with you to return the damaged product via FedEx. We will then arrange a new shipment of a replacement product.
