Refunds and Cancellations Policy

It’s the Bob’s Way to be open, honest and clear! So here’s our clear & simple refund and return policy:

• You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time up until the day of delivery or pickup.

• Once you accept your furniture it can only be returned with a few exceptions.

Unserviceable Factory Defects within 1 Year

If an item has an unserviceable factory defect it will be replaced.


Rugs may be returned for a full refund within three days of receipt minus the cost of return shipping.

Comforter Sets

You have within three days of receipt to return your comforter set for any reason (provided no clear signs of customer caused damage). You will be responsible for return shipping.


FedEx Deliveries (Including orders shipped direct to consumer from our vendor)

• Customer may cancel a standard shipping (FedEx Order) within 24 hours without penalty. After 24 hours, the order is in process and may not be cancelled.

• Merchandise that was delivered via Standard Shipping (FedEx) may be returned for a full refund within three days of receipt minus the cost of return shipping.

Mattress Satisfaction Guarantee

• Our goal is to do our best to ensure that you are happy with your mattress purchase. In the unlikely event that your mattress has a factory defect, we will replace it during the stated manufacturer’s warranty period.

• We want you to be thrilled with the comfortof your mattress! It’s common to experience an adjustment period with your new mattress. We reccommend sleeping on it for 30 days, and if you're not happy then give us a shout! Call our Customer Care Center at 860-474-1000 or 800-569-1284.

• You may arrange for a one-time re-selection of the mattress only within 90 days of the original receipt date. We will charge or credit you for any difference in cost between the original and the re-selected mattress and you will be responsible for the delivery cost to exchange the mattresses.

• You may return your mattress or mattress set within 90 days of the original receipt date and we will refund the purchase price minus the original delivery fee.

• Mismatched bedding sets purchased from the Outlet must be accepted as a set at the time of delivery. Once your mismatched bedding is accepted, all sales are final. No exchange, return, service or refund is allowed on mismatched bedding purchased from the Outlet.

For any refund, except as otherwise noted, we will credit the same credit card account on which you charged the original transaction, or we will mail you a refund check from our Home Office within 16 days if you made your payment by cash, check, traveler’s check, or money order. We can only issue checks to the person(s) listed as the sold to party on the original sales order.
