- Order number
- Phone or Email associated to the order
- Unlimited in-home service for covered incidents.
- When a covered incident occurs, a professional service technician can be scheduled to come to your home and restore the stained or damaged area back to factory standards at no cost to you.
- For covered incidents, service technician visits, parts, and labor are all free within the 5-year period.
- If the covered item cannot be restored to factory standards, the damaged piece of furniture will be replaced, at full value, without any additional cost to you!
- Damage caused by misuse or abuse (such as jumping on furniture)
- Reporting an incident outside of the 60-day reporting time frame
- Accumulation of stains and damages
