We'll professionally unpack and assemble your new furniture and put it exactly where you want it.
BOBtastic Cleanup
We'll remove all packaging materials and put them back on the truck for recycling & disposal. If we're delivering a new mattress or foundation, we'll haul away your old mattress or foundation (as long as it's safe & sanitary to do so).

Signature Required
A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt.
Delivered in the Box
You'll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials.

Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
Report Damage Promptly
You must notify Bob’s Discount Furniture about any concealed damage by calling 860-474-1000 within 24 hours of delivery.

What You Need to Bring
You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring ID, sales order, vehicle packing material, padding, and rope.
Loading Assistance
Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle. But you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.
Merchandise Transfer
Please allow 4 to 10 days for us to transfer the items in your order from the warehouse to your selected pickup store or location.
Assembly Required
Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
Bob's Ground Shipping
Parcel delivery via FedEx for select products. Ground Shipping items ship via FedEx when purchased alone or in combination with each other. These items ship nearly anywhere in the contiguous United States, (sorry, Alaska and Hawaii!), typically within 3 to 7 business days of purchase. A Bob's representative will call within 24 hours of placing an order to provide FedEx delivery information. Please note: if purchased along with furniture that is not eligible for Ground Shipping, all your items will ship via BOBtastic Delivery Experience

Mattresses shipped via Bob's Ground Shipping feature state-of-the-art packaging and require special setup that's super easy and fun! Mattresses shipped via FedEx do NOT qualify for removal of old mattress and foundation.
Vendor Direct Ground Shipping
Vendor Direct items ship direct from one of Bob's curated vendor partners via FedEx Ground Shipping and cannot be picked up. Vendor Direct items typically ship within 3-7 days. An email with FedEx tracking information is sent once the items ship. Items that ship direct from the vendor require Do-it-Yourself assembly by the customer and are not eligible for Bob's assembly or technician services. Shipping fees are included in the item price.
Vendor Direct mattresses feature state-of-the-art packaging and require special set-up that's easy and fun. Set-up instructions are included in the package. Mattresses that are shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping do NOT qualify for removal of old mattress and foundation.
Customer must call Customer Care at 860-474-1000 to facilitate return of products shipping directly from the vendor to their home.
