Reviews

Perfectly Satisfied

"We absolutely LOVE our new Cottage Chic swivel chairs w/ Ottoman! They are beautiful and comfortable! Anthony, our sales representative was amazing, polite and very helpful in assisting us in finding just what we wanted to complete our living room. The "white glove" delivery was excellent. The two young men were fast, polite and did a wonderful job setting up our new chairs. We are 100% satisfied and happy. The Carson end-table completed the look!"

Great couch, but…

"We live the couch! It’s comfortable and the pull out is comfortable. The mattress is comfortable. We also purchased a mattress cover that is great! But the couch cushions where the sofa pull out are already starting to sink in. I think is a design issue and not really a quality issue, if you get what I mean. Also, I should have measured the sectional before purchasing it. It was slightly too big for the living room. So the chase lounge is in my walk in closet, which I absolutely love! It really is a win - win situation! Again, my only issue is that the couch cushion above the sleeper is sinking and it’s just because of a design issue. If you put a piece of ply wood underneath the cushion, it’ll be fine."

A perfect chair

"I purchased this chair about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It comes with an ottoman which also opens for storage. It is comfortable and being able to swivel as well as rock allows me to watch tv and the changing leaves outside my window. Everything was done well from the time I entered the store until I left after purchasing the furniture. The delivery was on time and so well done. Nothing negative to say about the entire experience"

— CAROL D. (5/5)

Perfect addition to our living room!

"We needed an addition chair in our living room and this chair was perfect! The quality is excellent. The sales person was knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We would not hesitate to shop again for additional furniture at Bob's."

— ANDREA Y. (5/5)

Beautiful Set

"I absolutely love my new couch! It is beautiful, comfortable, and looks even better in person. The quality is excellent, and it adds such a nice touch to my living room. It is very sturdy and comfortable, making it perfect for relaxing or spending time with family and friends. I$B!G(Bm extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this couch to anyone looking for something stylish, comfortable, and well-made!"

— RITA J. (5/5)

Buyer beware do not recommend

"Purchased this sectional and goof proof. and upon delivery reported sofa springs squeaking unacceptable. Technician came and sprayed oil on springs. Sofa continues squeaking more and more. Another technician visit finds the spring frame is separated from sofa frame. A third technician came to review and confirmed spring frame issues cannot be repaired. Bobs refuses to repair or repair under mfg warranty and refuses under goof proof warranty. $1800 sofa plus $250 goof proof, no support from Bob. Sectional is unusable. Do not recommend purchasing anything from bobs discount furniture"

Love affair ❤️

"I am so in love with this chair/ ottoman. I am a classy old lady of 72 that swivels & rocks my days away wile enjoying retirement . A cuba libre, great netflix, scrolling & high on weed daily for the first time in my entire life. Life is good….."

— PATRICIA S. (5/5)

Comfy

"My husband and I bought couches off Marketplace/Offerup. My brother recently purchased couches recommended Bobs discounts. Instantly fell in love. Omg, we nap a lot on the couches it has great space. Our last couches were broken and super uncomfortable. Love the color as well."

— TERESA S. (5/5)

Not well made

"I’ll most likely never buy a couch from here again. This cost me over $2k with good proof and delivery and the long section doesn’t even line up to the back, dips down, started pilling after 3 months, material started pulling. This couch will not last you. I thought it would when I bought it so I’m very disappointed. If I didn’t still owe money on it I would give it away for free."

— Nicole (1/5)

Excellent Product and Service

"The sectional sofa is comfortable, high quality, and beautiful. The salesman and delivery guys were top notch every step of the way. Usually, buying furniture is an expensive ordeal and you have pushy salespeople or late deliveries. Our experience at Bob's was the opposite of this."
