Reviews

Solid, comfortable couch for a great price

"We've had this couch for a month and really enjoy it. It's comfortable, spacious and the perfect size for our 750 square foot apartment. The retractable side table in the middle seat area is awesome and makes it so we don't need a coffee table at all, saving space."

— SYED N. (5/5)

Viking Couch

"Absolutely love this couch. The textured touch, seating arrangements, and cup holders make everything about it incredibly helpful. The price tag doesn't hurt the bottom line either. Size fits perfectly in the living room, and the construction materials are light enough that I was able to move, set up, and position the couches on my own."

— THOMAS L. (5/5)

Great couch and friendly service

"Did not expect to buy a sofa when I first entered the store, however the customer service agent was very friendly and very helpful with the questions I had. When they delivered the sofa they were also very friendly and the installation was done quickly. I've barely had the couch for about a month but everything has been great with it."

— CARLOS G. (5/5)

Beautiful and Elegant Sofa and Love Seat set

"This beautiful and elegant reclining sofa and love seat set have checked all my boxes. It has a sophisticated elegance that fits my lifestyle perfectly. Needless to say the price was super affordable too. Thank you, Bob’s furniture"

— Annette S. (5/5)

Very happy!

"I couldn't be more impressed with my purchase. The couch is great. Very comfortable. The store had an excellent selection. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The prices were much better than other places I looked. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for future purchases!"

— JOSEPH N. (5/5)

Painful

"This couch is uncomfortable to the point of causing back pain. There is not much cushion in it and the seams are very rough on bare skin. I tried to contact customer support for an exchange to be completed in store. The next day I went to the store and they said there was no record of any interaction for exchange and they said that they would call me with an update that day or the next day. 3 days later and no call. You can’t call your local store directly and you get routed to someone who is hard to communicate with when you call customer service phone number."

— AMY T. (1/5)

Extremely satisfied

"We bought the Viking sofa, loveseat, and chair and couldn’t be happier. The furniture is well-made and very comfortable. The sales associate who assisted us in the showroom (Matt) was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was so nice to be able to browse without sales pressure but have someone readily available to answer your questions. We received all three pieces within a week and the delivery associates were professional, and efficient."

— ROBERT F. (5/5)

Great reclining couch!!!

"This couch was an AMAZING purchase!!! It’s so comfortable, whether you are reclining in one of the seats or laying on it like a traditional couch. I’m so pleased with my purchase!! The process was super easy and the delivery was even early!! I will be a returning customer!!!"

— Tonya P. (5/5)

Couch and Loveseat

"I've only had the couch and loveseat for a few weeks now; however, it has been wonderful! The couch comes equipped with power reclining seats and up to four cup holders. (There's also a light if you can't find your glasses). The loveseat recliners are also gliders when not reclined! These are very comfortable and very durable (I have 2 dogs and no tears to date)!"

— SANDRA S. (5/5)

This live seat is comfortable,

"This live seat is comfortable, stylish and AWESOME the compartments on the sides are so convenient for remotes and books. The reading light has several settings I love it and it’s super bright for reading. The charge ports are another amazing feature that is so convenient for I pads and phones. The way the charging port just pops up from a push of a button is so amazing and the style of the material is so soft and rich looking. Love it so much !!"
