Reviews

Love the furniture - HORRIBLE DELIVERY

"We purchased a Viking couch & chair, and we really like them. They will be a staple in our man cave for a long time. The issue we had was with delivery, specifically the removal of our old furniture. We told the team about our piece and how heavy it was. They proceeded to try to move it without taking it apart or measuring. As a result, they scraped up our walls & railing & door, damaged our ceiling & tore off our threshold. I sent a message shortly after delivery & haven't heard back."

— FRANCES M. (3/5)

Solid, comfortable couch for a great price

"We've had this couch for a month and really enjoy it. It's comfortable, spacious and the perfect size for our 750 square foot apartment. The retractable side table in the middle seat area is awesome and makes it so we don't need a coffee table at all, saving space."

— SYED N. (5/5)

Viking Couch

"Absolutely love this couch. The textured touch, seating arrangements, and cup holders make everything about it incredibly helpful. The price tag doesn't hurt the bottom line either. Size fits perfectly in the living room, and the construction materials are light enough that I was able to move, set up, and position the couches on my own."

— THOMAS L. (5/5)

Great couch and friendly service

"Did not expect to buy a sofa when I first entered the store, however the customer service agent was very friendly and very helpful with the questions I had. When they delivered the sofa they were also very friendly and the installation was done quickly. I've barely had the couch for about a month but everything has been great with it."

— CARLOS G. (5/5)

Beautiful and Elegant Sofa and Love Seat set

"This beautiful and elegant reclining sofa and love seat set have checked all my boxes. It has a sophisticated elegance that fits my lifestyle perfectly. Needless to say the price was super affordable too. Thank you, Bob’s furniture"

— Annette S. (5/5)

Very happy!

"I couldn't be more impressed with my purchase. The couch is great. Very comfortable. The store had an excellent selection. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The prices were much better than other places I looked. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for future purchases!"

— JOSEPH N. (5/5)

First time at Bob's!

"Great overall experience and will recommend Bob's to others. Both pieces are firm but comfortable. Material looks and feels great. Just enough features to accommodate our needs. Go get some Vikings while you still can!"

— RUSSELL G. (5/5)

Replay Recliners and Couch

"Excellent Customer Service. The couch and recliners are very comfortable and seem well built. Great experience from walking through the door to delivery. Alex the salesperson was polite, knowledgeable, and sincere."

— DAN E. (5/5)

Our awesome new couches!

"We absolutely love our new couches! They had them together faster than I ever expected and he was so nice & professional! Explained everything thoroughly as he made sure it all worked! These couches are soooo soft & comfortable. We love them! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back in when we need something else! 5 stars all around, from salespeople to delivery!"

— JACQUI H. (5/5)

Painful

"This couch is uncomfortable to the point of causing back pain. There is not much cushion in it and the seams are very rough on bare skin. I tried to contact customer support for an exchange to be completed in store. The next day I went to the store and they said there was no record of any interaction for exchange and they said that they would call me with an update that day or the next day. 3 days later and no call. You can’t call your local store directly and you get routed to someone who is hard to communicate with when you call customer service phone number."
