Buying new furniture is exciting but stressful if you're not sure what to do with your old items. Bob's furniture removal service can handle the removal and disposal of your old furniture when your new furniture is delivered, if your old furniture is in safe and sanitary condition.
When you purchase the service, you agree to our terms and conditions, understand the associated risks, and confirm that you have the legal right to the furniture being removed. We're here to make the process as smooth as possible for you!
How do I add Furniture Removal Service to my order?
Whether you'd like to place your order in the store or on our website, you have the option of adding our furniture removal service at checkout. Simply add it to your cart on the web or ask your sales associate to add it for in-store purchases.
Furniture removal should not be selected for items that require extensive disassembly and/or are not safely removable without the destruction of the item. Furniture items must fit through doorways to qualify for the removal service.
How do I schedule my Furniture Removal Service?
Your furniture removal service will be scheduled on the same day as your delivery of your new merchandise, making it an easy, out with the old - in with the new experience! You can schedule delivery during online checkout or with a sales associate in one of our stores.
Please note AM delivery is not available for orders with furniture removal.
Furniture removal cannot be requested or modified after your delivery is scheduled.
Can I reschedule or cancel my Furniture Removal Service?
You may reschedule Furniture Removal Services in conjunction with rescheduling the delivery of your new goods by contacting Customer Support here.
You can cancel the Furniture Removal Service without cancelling your delivery date by contacting Customer Support.

What is Mattress Haul Away?
If you order a new mattress or foundation and have it delivered via BOBtastic White Glove delivery, Bob's will haul away your old mattress and foundation at no additional cost on the day your new items are delivered if your old items are in safe and sanitary condition.
Will my old mattress and foundation be removed when my new mattress is delivered?
If your new mattress and foundation are delivered via BOBtastic White Glove Delivery, the team will remove your old mattress and foundation. Old mattresses and foundations must be in safe and sanitary condition. This service is not available for mattresses and foundations that are delivered via BOBtastic Threshold Delivery, No-Contact Delivery, or FedEx, except in California.
For California customers with Threshold and No-Contact mattress deliveries: If your old mattress and foundation are readily available at your threshold, the delivery team will remove your old mattress and foundation. Old mattresses and foundations must be in safe and sanitary condition.
For California customers with FedEx mattress deliveries: In accordance with the California Used Mattress Recovery and Recycling Act, we've teamed up with Dolly to offer free mattress removal for your old mattress after your FedEx delivery has been completed. After you've received a brand-spankin' new mattress from us via FedEx, here's what you should do:
• Schedule a time to have your old mattress picked up by clicking here.
• Simply enter your full name, zip code, Bob's Order #, and preferred pickup day.
• Once that's all set, you'll receive an email from Dolly with next steps.
