"This Bobpedic adjustable base makes this bed seem as if we paid over $5,000. 00 for it. The mattress is one of the most comfortable mattresses my wife and I have had over the last 26 years. Very, very, comfortable. Our only minor complaint is that we have to literally climb into bed because, with the frame being so high; due to, the drawers in the footboard of the bed. Otherwise a perfect sleeping combination."

Mattress Is Great, But the Massage Feature Is Disappointing

"I’ve had my Power Bob Ultra Base with the Lush 13” Queen Plush Mattress for about three weeks now, and overall, I really like the mattress. It’s comfortable and I haven’t had any issues with the mattress itself. My only issue is with the massage feature on the base. When I first received the bed, I tested the massage function and it was quiet and worked perfectly. However, during the second week, I started noticing a rattling sound whenever I turned the massage on. Now that I’ve had it for about three weeks, the rattling has continued and is pretty noticeable. The massage feature was actually one of the reasons I decided to spend more on this particular base. I was really looking forward to using the lumbar support and being able to relax with the massage, so it’s disappointing that it has developed this noise so soon. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed because, aside from the massage issue, I’m happy with the mattress and the bed overall."

"Look at the picture? See how it shows the head adjusting and the feet adjusting? Well, the actual product does NOT do that. Only the head adjusts. Terrible business practice. I understand the written description states the head adjustment, but the actual picture is the first thing people see, and I know at least for me, I am a visual shopper - but COME ON??? You show the head and feet adjusting but that is not what you are selling? And then to not even care when a complaint is issued? Bobs will NEVER have my business again"

Felt great in store. Like a rock at home.

"Spent 2 hours trying out 6 different mattresses in the store. Chose the firm for me and plush for my wife. Once we received it, the firm is like sleeping on a concrete floor. Hopefully it will break in as time goes on, but after the first week, my back hurt so bad I couldn't sleep on it. Had to spend another $200 for a mattress topper to make it comfortable. Not what I had envisioned for a brand new mattress."
