Reviews

Amazing!!!!

"I absolutely love my new Mason White sectional with ottoman. It was the perfect addition to my new apartment. The deep seats are so comfy and supportive. The way the chase lounge and the sofa click together so it didn’t slide apart is great too!!!! The guys who delivered mg sofa has to carry it up 5 flights of stairs. I felt so bad. Thought it would fit on the elevator, but they didn’t complain at all. They were so nice. And the sales people at Bobs. None of them were pushy. I may need to go back though. Need some more of that complementary ice cream!"

— ELIZABETH M. (5/5)

Love it!

"This couch is so cozy! I love the oversized seats. The white with the black accents in it looks amazing."

— CAMILLE M. (5/5)

Perfect addition to our home

"We love our new couch from Bob’s! It’s beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect addition to our home. The entire experience was easy from start to finish, and we’re very happy with our purchase."

— JEANNIE G. (5/5)

Don’t recommend

"We’ve had this couch for about two years now and we honestly regret it. It has no firmness to it at all, pretty low to the ground and honestly hurts your back after sitting on it for even just a little. We loved it when we first got it and sat on it at the store but I feel like it felt firmer in the store?? Overall don’t recommend this couch since we already plan on getting another couch and haven’t had this couch for that long."

— Diana F. (2/5)

Very happy

"We’re very happy with the ottoman and the couch. The partner was right in spending for quality. Honestly, the quality and the price were in our favor. I’ve seen couches that costed far more and I would never want them in my home. Very happy with our purchase."

— TIMOTHY K. (5/5)

The Coziest Couch

"This couch is so cozy !!! My family sat so comfortably on the couch it feels amazing can’t wait to host the couch is home favorite!"

— DESTINY K. (5/5)

Decent Couch

"I really like the size and feel of most of this couch, but the chaise is already wrinkling in places and the cushions sink down a ton on the edges."

— Jordan A. (3/5)

Comfy but doesn’t last

"We bought the mason couch in 2023 and loved the deep cushions and comfort. However within the 2 years we have had it - the springs have loosened so the couch squeaks when sitting, cushions have flattened a bit, and the frame broke on the chaise. Luckily we had the protection plan so the broken frame was replaced, but I’m not sure if I’d buy this again."

— HOLLY G. (3/5)

Great, BIG ottoman!

"The ottoman is the perfect matching accessory to the couch. It's huge and adds a lot more sitting space if you need it."

— PATRICK H. (5/5)

Perfect couch

"Love this set. it has become my favorite spot in my home."
