Don’t do it

"I’m on my 3rd replacement and now about to be credited for a whole new couch. The first 2 the pull out bed didn’t function and had loose fluff hanging out all the seams. Every one also had sinking cushions where the pull out bed is making it very uncomfortable. My third one had major fluff coming out and staples sticking out and falling out everywhere cutting up by crawling baby. A new staple falls out daily. Very unsafe"

Beautiful and Disappointing

"I had such high hopes for this sectional. I bought it in November 2024 and May 2025 had to make a claim because on one side the pillows looked absolutely demolished. They ordered new pillows and after a month or two they were in the same condition. The sectional was exchanged in summer 2025 and a year later it still looks like we have had it 5 years or more. I am extremely disappointed in the quality and wear of this piece."
