"The initial delivery included chairs poorly assembled—a service I paid extra for. Additionally, one of the chairs was actually broken—something we missed on the initial inspection. We reported the defect immediately only to discover the delivery approval (damage free delivery) was signed by the delivery company (rather than us). Getting a replacement chair involved an additional claim and a visit by an inspector (which could have been done by email). Now—working with the claims department—we were promised an additional chair (assembled) as we paid for originally). The claims department said we did not need to return the broken chair—we could keep, sell, or throw away. Replacement chair arrived unassembled. Once I spent an hour assembling the replacement—I checked the others only to find they were poorly assembled with loose bolts on all. Bottom line—poor quality, poor delivery, poor service."
