Bob’s Celebrates Two Major Honors at the 2026 Last Mile Retail Awards

Our commitment to our guests was recently recognized at the 2026 Last Mile Retail Awards in Nashville, TN, where we were honored for our retail leadership and our customer service experience.

We’re proud to share that Ivan Kucher, Vice President of Delivery Operations, was named Retail Executive of the Year, recognizing his leadership, vision, and commitment to creating a customer-first delivery experience at scale. The award honors retail leaders whose strategic leadership and operational excellence are helping to shape the future of last-mile retail. Under Ivan’s leadership, Bob’s has continued to elevate partner delivery performance while balancing speed, consistency, innovation, and service for customers across the country.

The celebration didn’t stop there.

Bob’s was also recognized with the Best Customer Service Experience award in the furniture category, highlighting the dedication of our teams who work every day to make furniture shopping easy and enjoyable for our customers.

Presented in partnership with Home Delivery World, the Last Mile Retail Awards bring together retailers, logistics professionals, and industry leaders to recognize excellence in customer experience, home delivery, and retail innovation. Winners are selected based on their ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service and create seamless customer experiences from purchase through delivery.
