Once your pickup appointment has been scheduled, please use the information below to ensure a successful pickup from our distribution center. 

What you need to bring:

You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring:

• Valid ID
• Sales order
• Vehicle packing material
• Padding and rope.

Where to go for your pickup:

1. Follow signs located on Frontage Rd directing you towards customer pickup.
2. When you arrive at the distribution center, pull up to the front of the building and park in the designated customer pickup spots.
3. Enter through the glass door under the customer pickup sign on the building.
4. Once you enter the building, proceed to the customer pickup window on your left.

Loading assistance:

Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle, but you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.

Assembly required:

Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise will require assembly.
