"I honestly don't think I've had it long enough to offer the most accurate review, but it seems rather sturdy. I have no idea how the upholstery will hold up against stains or if they will ravel, that's my biggest concern. However, I loved the way I was treated in the store each time I came in. No one "hassled" or tried to rush me. In fact, I even changed my original purchase and chose this Brookline before my delivery date. Speaking of delivery, my "white glove service" wasn't great b/c there was only one guy. My table and table leaf was damaged. I still tipped $40 b/c I felt sorry for the young man who had to do it all alone b/c his employee called out. I'm waiting on my replacement. To be clear, the delivery driver was VERY respectful, professional and on time. Not his fault the other guy called out."
