"The bed itself looks great and the guys did a great job setting it up. My daughter loves it, but it didn’t come with any mattresses, which we could not find in the description online. On the third day of use, the wheel snapped off the bottom of trundle section of the bed and split the particle board after light usage. Nice looking but poorly built. The Discount in Bob’s title should stand for “won’t hold up very long. ” I won’t shop here again."
"I love the Chadwick Brown 3 Drawer Dresser & Mirror. The brown finish and classic design give it a timeless look that goes perfectly with my MCM walnut chest. The dresser has a combination of drawers and cabinet storage, which provides both functionality and style. The wood tones bring warmth to a bedroom, while the clean lines keep the piece from feeling overly ornate. It offers great storage and I like the addition of the mirror."
"It hasn't been used yet but sure looks nice in the spare room. I love that I have two beds when I need them but only one when not being used. Takes up less space and looks nice. Quality is great and I love the two drawers. Big enough to keep spare sheets. Price was more than fair. It's a keeper."
"Decent quality; it's MDF, not real wood, but it looks really nice! We like the white color, and we got the whole set: night table, tall and short dresser, and a trundle. We were also very happy with the delivery, assembly, and trash removal. Excellence in service! Pro tip: Modern furniture doesn't come with soft footings, so if you like your floors, get furniture pads/footings. They're super cheap and make it easy to move your furniture without tearing up the floors. You've been warned!"
"This bunk bed is what I was looking for. It fits any small space, has storage and three can perfectly sleep there. The quality of the materials is superb. I bought a bunk bed before from a different vendor and it was terrible. This one is unique. We are in love of this bed."
"It took 3 deliveries and pieces together items from each one to get a complete bed set that wasn’t damaged. The quality control of these deliveries is just awful and I had to take off work several times to accept delivery for an issue that I didn’t even cause because they delivered broken items."
"Extremely happy with the quality of this set. The Bob’s team brought it in and completely set it up for us. I recommend all of my friends and family to Bobs. We will always purchase from here!"
"I am very pleased with the quality of this bed, but the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. The very FIRST step had the wrong part being used as I discovered further along in the process! The assembly instructions (process) is illustrations only."
"Got this for my son. He loves it. The customer service and delivery were great. One of the more seamless furniture buying experiences I’ve ever had. They also offer a 5 year warranty on everything I purchased (which is great for households with younger children )"
"Customer service was really good, the guy who loaded up the bunk bed was funny and nice. However, the storage stairs were the wrong color. They were supposed to be brown like the rest of the bed but they were gray. After waiting some time for a replacement, we finally got the right color, however the one side of the stairs was coming apart from top to bottom. Screws coming out, nothing was aligned. Now I am waiting for another 2 weeks for a tech to come out and see if they can fix it. It has been almost a month since my order was placed and I still have a stair less bunkbed. A little difficult to use the top bunk. No offer for any kind of discount or refund for all of the issues as of yet. Like I said, customer service is nice enough. But this has definitely been a disappointing experience, not a great first impression for sure."
