The bed itself looks great and the guys did a great job setting it up. My daughter loves it, but it didn’t come with any mattresses, which we could not find in the description online. On the third day of use, the wheel snapped off the bottom of trundle section of the bed and split the particle board...

This bunk bed is what I was looking for. It fits any small space, has storage and three can perfectly sleep there. The quality of the materials is superb. I bought a bunk bed before from a different vendor and it was terrible. This one is unique. We are in love of this bed.

It took 3 deliveries and pieces together items from each one to get a complete bed set that wasn’t damaged. The quality control of these deliveries is just awful and I had to take off work several times to accept delivery for an issue that I didn’t even cause because they delivered broken items.

I am very pleased with the quality of this bed, but the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. The very FIRST step had the wrong part being used as I discovered further along in the process! The assembly instructions (process) is illustrations only.

Got this for my son. He loves it. The customer service and delivery were great. One of the more seamless furniture buying experiences I’ve ever had. They also offer a 5 year warranty on everything I purchased (which is great for households with younger children )
