Comfy but doesn’t last

"We bought the mason couch in 2023 and loved the deep cushions and comfort. However within the 2 years we have had it - the springs have loosened so the couch squeaks when sitting, cushions have flattened a bit, and the frame broke on the chaise. Luckily we had the protection plan so the broken frame was replaced, but I’m not sure if I’d buy this again."
