"We were in the market for a new dining room set and the first place we went was Bob’s in Freeport. Our sales associate was lovely, he showed us which sections to look in and then gave us some time to browse around, he came back over and answered any questions we had and then again gave us time to think it over. We never felt pressured or obligated to make a purchase. After testing out every table in the store, we decided on one and placed the order. It was delivered the following week and delivery was fabulous. They set up the whole thing and took away all of the boxes with them. We’re obsessed with this dining room set! The chairs are super comfy and sturdy and the table is just beautiful, it looks much more expensive than it is. So far it is held up fabulously and we’re super happy with our choice."
"It’s ok. I don’t love it. Just fyi, the chairs come in several pieces, I felt like I bought from Ikea at that point. The chair pads don’t feel like they will last too long but aren’t horrible. The table is solid feeling."
"The table came in flawed with a series of markings that appear in various areas of the table top. The company stated that its manufactured with those marks and only offered to give me a store credit in exchange for the set. Not likely to shop there again after being mislead and sold a flawed product!!"
