"The bed itself looks great and the guys did a great job setting it up. My daughter loves it, but it didn’t come with any mattresses, which we could not find in the description online. On the third day of use, the wheel snapped off the bottom of trundle section of the bed and split the particle board after light usage. Nice looking but poorly built. The Discount in Bob’s title should stand for “won’t hold up very long. ” I won’t shop here again."

"It took 3 deliveries and pieces together items from each one to get a complete bed set that wasn’t damaged. The quality control of these deliveries is just awful and I had to take off work several times to accept delivery for an issue that I didn’t even cause because they delivered broken items."

"Customer service was really good, the guy who loaded up the bunk bed was funny and nice. However, the storage stairs were the wrong color. They were supposed to be brown like the rest of the bed but they were gray. After waiting some time for a replacement, we finally got the right color, however the one side of the stairs was coming apart from top to bottom. Screws coming out, nothing was aligned. Now I am waiting for another 2 weeks for a tech to come out and see if they can fix it. It has been almost a month since my order was placed and I still have a stair less bunkbed. A little difficult to use the top bunk. No offer for any kind of discount or refund for all of the issues as of yet. Like I said, customer service is nice enough. But this has definitely been a disappointing experience, not a great first impression for sure."
