Reviews

Perfect Family Couch

"We wanted something that our teenage son and tween daughter would love so much that they can’t help but hang out with us in the living room now :) the fabric is heavenly, the recliners are beyond what we wished for, and the goof proof coverage is a must have because we also have a 120 lb Pitbull/Pyrnees mix who has his designated pace on the chaise."

— KASSITY T. (5/5)

The port on this piece feels cheap.

"The USB port feels cheap. The outer pieces to this couch have a USB port. So this piece is really only necessary if you want a place to put a drink. Or storage for remotes. It breaks up the couch though so you can stretch fully out depending on where you put it. This is a big comfy couch."

— ANNE F. (4/5)

Excellent couch!

"Glad we saw it in person because we fell in love with the color. It’s more of a burnt green than the gray it shows online. So so soft and pretty. A statement piece given how large each seat is. Great for hosting."

— Sarah G. (5/5)

Absolutely love this couch!

"I absolutely love this couch! It’s so comfortable, spacious, and the reclining features make it perfect for relaxing. The quality is great, and it looks even better in person. I’m so happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!"

— AMANDA W. (5/5)

Love the couch hated the customer service

"The salesman was good, the delivery drivers were good. The problem started when they opened the box for the chaise and it was a right sided instead of left. Called customer service to correct it for the following friday to do a swap. We specifically told customer service we needed the delivery AFTER 3pm, as we both work during the day, they said they noted that and it could be accommodated. Well come Thursday when I get a text saying itll be delivered from 12 -4. I responded it needed to be after 3pm and they were unable to accommodate because of work. I told them to cancel it and make it a weekend so we dont have to deal with it again, 3 weeks of not having the proper couch. Because of customer service I will not be purchasing with Bob's again."

— LAURA F. (1/5)
