Love the couch hated the customer service

"The salesman was good, the delivery drivers were good. The problem started when they opened the box for the chaise and it was a right sided instead of left. Called customer service to correct it for the following friday to do a swap. We specifically told customer service we needed the delivery AFTER 3pm, as we both work during the day, they said they noted that and it could be accommodated. Well come Thursday when I get a text saying itll be delivered from 12 -4. I responded it needed to be after 3pm and they were unable to accommodate because of work. I told them to cancel it and make it a weekend so we dont have to deal with it again, 3 weeks of not having the proper couch. Because of customer service I will not be purchasing with Bob's again."
