Reviews

Comfy but poorly built and hard to assemble

"The couch's comfort from the store is what made me buy this one. It arrived fine but when I went to attach the legs, the instructions said to just "screw in the legs" and there are no pre drilled holes. You need either a really strong person or a very long automatic screwdriver to accomplish this. And then no matter how hard you tighten them, the legs are loose. I had to use my own wooden deck screws that actually held the legs in place. I finally got them all in and then found that one of the sides was coming apart already. It arrived damaged. My main gripe is with the ridiculous legs. I asked for more instructions and customer service said there were no instructions to provide. Customer service was able to help me in getting a replacement quickly, but now I have to wait even more for another one."

Great value for the price!

"My son is hard on furniture and I didn’t want to spend a fortune on new family room furniture. We actually LIVE in this room. This is the second set of Bobs furniture I have purchased. We love the comfort and style of the couch and sofa too."

— LAURA G. (5/5)

Beautiful

"I purchased the blue loveseat. The material is soft, sturdy and I love the color. It is not a standard navy blue, but a great mix of a blue green almost a dark denim look. Comfortable and exactly the size I needed for my space."

— ERIN R. (5/5)

Highly Reccommend

"Just got this for my new house and its so comfy. I love that you can remove the back cushions to give you a little extra room to get cozy. Also 5 stars from the St. Dane, he loves his couch naps"

— HANNAH Z. (5/5)

Great experience! Great Value!

"When we went I had looked ahead and we knew kind of what we wanted. The saleswoman helped us pick just the right couch for us. Financing was so simple and they have a no interest option. The manager made sure we were happy before we signed anything. The delivery was on time and very smooth. They took our old couch out in minutes and the new one in. They put together the couch and left no trace that they were there. The couch is good quality and super comfy. It looks great and fits in our small space I highly recommend Bob's for your furniture needs!"

— COLIN B. (5/5)

Great couch! 5 Stars (out of 5)

"The couch is great! The color is accurate and the pillows are great accents! I didn't know if the Rating bubbles meant the top bubble is five stars or the bottom one so I am just including my rating in the comments."
