Great Service- Poor Product
Comfort is ridiculously awesome BUT, fell apart within a week. Customer service was great- they delivered a new and took the old one. BUT, same thing happened within two weeks. They gave full refund though. Sad it didn’t work.

A step above surprise
I first encountered this rug at my friends home (amd my now couch) and genuinely fell in love with it. It's like walking on a well made cloud and this is coming from someone who swapped from a pricier (but way less comfy) rug.

Love the rug, not the delivery service
The rug I purchased is exactly what I had hoped for, it looks great in the room, it’s cozy and it is comfortable. The delivery service however, was awful. The two delivery people were rude, didn’t do what I asked and when I started to move the couch off of the rug in order to place it where I wanted...
