Do not recommend

"I purchased this and had delivery and set up. The day that they brought out the chairs clearly had a manufactured defect. The table was not secured. I contacted customer service and asked for replacement chairs. All they did was schedule a pick up for the chairs. I’ve been wanting to the Fairlawn location and spoke with the manager. He was very helpful and assisting in getting them to set replaced. He contacted the customer service and they scheduled a new delivery which was today September 9, 2026. When this delivery arrived, the chairs had the same defect. He was able to locate the issue with the table the previous person who put it together, did not tighten down the screws appropriately. The driver contacted customer service and inform them of the issue with the new chairs. Customer service stated that it would be another week before they could replace the chairs but one of the driver to take the old chairs and the new chairs with them leaving my children no place to sit at all. I asked to speak with the supervisor because I felt like I should take priority because this will be the third delivery of chairs. The customer service representative putting me on a hold and then when he came back, he instructed me that supervisor didn’t have time to speak with me. So I requested a refund and that they can come pick their merchandise up and they don’t need to bring anything else to my home. The customer service representative told me that they could pick it up the following Wednesday and it will take 3 to 5 days for a refund to be issued."
