    The Firm side is extremely firm

    My wife prefers a more firm mattress, but this “firm” is extremely firm. It caused her pain and had no “give” to it or any flexibility. The plush side is absolutely perfect however. We ended up switching it out for the same mattress, but rather than dual, plush only. And now it’s perfect.
