"Some items didn't line up during assembly."
"I would give this a five-star if it had an opening on the top of the desk to feed computer cords through. It should come with white-glove service; not everyone has someone to put something like this together on their own. I wish the desk were a little bigger, only because I have two computers set up on the desk."
"#SweepstakesEntry we love the look and the size of the desk for our room."
"#SweepstakesEntry The table has a nice appearance, but I noticed some imperfections along the edges. Additionally, the larger drawer doesn’t close properly when items are inside — it tends to open on its own. I ended up purchasing a lock to keep it securely shut."
"Desk was shipped with missing parts and the company was non-responsive in returning calls. After multiple attempts, ti finally got a hold of them, and it was a hassle to get them to replace the missing part. They refused to ship the part overnight. So two weeks later, I still don't have a functioning desk. Furthermore, they refuse to offer any compensation for my time and trouble. This is the second item I have purchased from Bob's and the build quality is poor."
"#SweepstakesEntry What a great looking, well made desk. We love it. It definitely reuqires some skill and patience to put together."

"I am happy with the desk but it’s a challenge to assemble. The directions are good but it is a lot of pieces, parts, etc and rather time-consuming. The provided screwdriver is not adequate - the metal is too soft and I bent the tool. Found a small ratchet screwdriver that was perfect for the task. The finished product is nice - no complaints but expect the assembly takes hours."
