Reviews

Love

"Super happy with our purchase. Start to finish service hads been top notch- the white glove delivery service fee is a small increase from regular delivery & worth every penny! The delivery was flawless, I had no trash to dispose of & didn't have to lift a finger. Definitely Will order again."

— CHRIS R. (5/5)

Poor quality

"I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of these couches. I haven’t even had them for 30 days, and the cushions are already sinking and going completely flat. The pillows feel very cheap and have not held their shape, and the material has already ripped with very little use. For the price, I expected much better quality and durability. It’s unacceptable for a sofa and pillows to show this much wear in less than a month. I would not recommend this product based on my experience."

— JACQUELINE B. (1/5)

Awesome chair and ottoman!

"The MyBob's Brynn chair and ottoman set are wonderful! The chair is super comfortable and the ottoman has lots of storage space. I really like the navy fabric, the color is pretty and the fabric sturdy but soft. The fluffy pillow was a nice touch. Delivery and setup was quick and easy. Thank you, MyBob's!!"

— ELIZABETH W. (5/5)

— SANDRA H. (5/5)

sofa

"The sofa I bought is beautiful, it goes perfectly with my existing decor. The service at the store was great, her name is Jennifer, she's a keeper, wonderful young lady. She went out of her way to show me and my wife the perfect couch, and I'm not an easy customer. Thank you for everything Jennifer you deserve 5 STARS."

— JOHN C. (5/5)

My new furniture

"I absolutely love my new couch and love seat! Staff at Bob's furniture was outstanding and delivery was flawless!"

— CHRISTINE H. (5/5)

Good solid sofa

"This sofa is comfortable to sit on and comes with many pillows. Love the different green color that ended up matching many colors because of the multi color pillows. A great choice for my young first time homeowner. Delivery was on time and very easy."

— BENJAMIN A. (5/5)

Perfect Size

"Bought this sofa for a standard 1 bedroom apartment and fits perfectly into my space. Quality is great and sofa overall is very sturdy. The pillows that come with it are pretty, you can always use a pillow cover if you dislike the patterns. Delivery service was also amazing, punctual and friendly team, did everything they could to fit the sofa into the doorway. Would definitely recommend to a friend!"

— Sheila U. (5/5)

Delivery guide lines now days are bad

"Furniture looks great! But Please bring back proper delivery from years past when delivery drivers actually set up furnature. 150. 00 to 250. 00 extra dollars to do 5 minutes extra of work is just a ripoff, I am 70 years old, and can't lift and put things together as I did in years past? I can't find the screws or do I have the tools anymore, You say for 250. 00 We will gladly do it for You. . . . ripping old people and younger folks off"

— GENE M. (2/5)

Excellent service and product

"Sean helped us in store and was amazing! I never felt pressured to purchase anything but when we found something we liked, he showed us all available options with it. If I could have Sean sell me anything for the rest of time, then I definitely would! The couch that we purchased is top quality and even came with a ton of pillows. 10/10 experience all around"
