Reviews

Ice Blue

"I absolutely love my Portland Beige Sofa! It looks beautiful in my living room, and the beige color is warm, neutral, and easy to decorate around. The sofa is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax without feeling too bulky in the space. I’m very happy with how it looks in my home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable sofa."

Defective Frame – Portland 85" Sleeper Sofa Does Not Sit Level

"I am extremely disappointed with the Portland 85" Sleeper Sofa with Queen Cooling Mattress from Bob's Discount Furniture. When fully extended, the fold-out bed frame fails to lay horizontal or flat. There is a severe, noticeable decline on one side, causing the entire mattress to slant downwards. The internal metal linkage and frame support on one side appear bent or misaligned right out of the box, preventing the sleeping surface from leveling out properly. You end up feeling like you are rolling off the bed, which makes it completely unusable for guests. For a brand new piece of furniture, the quality control on the fold-out mechanism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend passing on this sleeper sofa until the defective frame assembly is corrected."

Couch. Love Seat and Coffee Table Purchased

"This was the best experience ever! The professionalism and quality of product was amazing. I haven't had a matching set in years and Bob's did not dissapoint. I highly recommend getting your furniture at Bob's. No pressure sales people they look out for you and their commission. Definitely going back at some point for accessories. My coffee table should arrive early September can't wait!"

— CHERYL P. (5/5)

This set did not have

"This set did not have pre-drilled holes for the leg assembly. My husband's drill had difficulty reaching the screws that were inside the loveseat legs for assembly (because of difficulty, I am still awaiting assembly for couch legs). I have had the set for less than a month and already the cushions and fabric are wrinkling and showing signs of loosening."

— CYNTHIA H. (3/5)

Love them

"I think a store is best complimented when they stand behind their products as well as sell quality ones. We bought a set and there were problems. Bobs gave an immediate store credit and we picked the replacement to be the Portland gray set. Cost slightly more than what it replaced but Worth it. Now that we are a little older this set sits a litter taller, is a little firmer, and clearly more comfortable. Thanks"

— JOHN D. (5/5)

Fresh new look

"I absolutely love my new Portland sofa and chairs. They are wonderfully neutral so I am able to mix and match seasonal throw pillows with the included ones. The set is comfortable and beautiful . Our salesperson, Ken, was no pressure and very helpful. The gentlemen who delivered and set up the furniture were prompt, courteous, and respectful of our home. The best compliment I can give is that when a friend saw it, he decided to purchase the same thing! It was a very good experience 😊"

Very Pretty Chairs!

"Good quality chairs at a decent price. The color is more of a blue/ gray to me with a cream background. They remembers comfortable and the seat cushions are softening up with use. Highly recommend!"

— Michelle D. (5/5)

Great chair + Great service

"Love the chair. Very comfortable, well made and it's hard to find one with higher seat heights for taller people. Then add the service. Information on delivery was communicated well, and the day of delivery, I got text messages from the delivery team on the schedule. They even told me that they would be 5 minutes late. Bob's made everything very easy."

— Mark N. (5/5)

Beautiful, comfortable loveseat!

"The fabric is thick and sturdy, the loveseat is well- constructed, and comfortable. My husband and the cat both like it, and enjoy relaxing and watching tv from it. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will return to Bob's furniture for my next furniture purchase."
