This couch was lovely for a few months. Now it is itchy and the feathers poke you constantly. The pillows are sagging. I’ve had it two years and it’s extremely uncomfortable now because the constant feathers poking you. This is clearly a product issue but Bobs will not help me find a remedy at all.

Don’t buy, Look good and comfortable at first but after 1 year, it get really uncomfortable and has feathers that poke and itch.
