"I had a fantastic time shopping for my new couch my sales associate Lou was great. We went through and looked at just about every couch and decided on the Sierra. Delivery was easy and now I'm enjoying this super comfortable couch."
"I had been looking for months for the right sectional to fit in my family room. I went to all the stores. I mean all! Walked into Bob's and saw this sectional measured it and knew it was perfect. The color, look, pillows and most of all the material is easy to take care of. The assistance was perfect. Kind, patient and helpful."
"It's the sectional and ottoman of my dreams ! It fits my two dogs and my two cats and myself very comfortably!"
"Honestly I love my couch, it’s comfortable big but not too big for my space. Large enough to sleep on for sure. It’s just me and my partner in the apartment I probably don’t need all this couch but it’s beautiful and a great purchase a lil pricey but you get what you pay for"
"The couch is beautiful. The recliner is beautiful but when I actually looked the couch over I found several holes in the armrest and on the side so I can’t say I’m really happy with it right now but we will see when I get my new one in tomorrow, hopefully that One don’t have holes in it."
"Sectional looks very similar to leather which was appealing to me but extremely soft and comfortable. A bit firm at first. . . took a second to get broken into and get as comfy as the floor model. I am very satisfied with this couch"
"Nice at first but the latch broke within month that connects the couches. The pillows flattened. The cushion on the arm and side fell after a year. The wood on the side broke so it collapsed the whole side. I am waiting to see how they handle the warranty. I want a refund. A couch should not fall apart in a year. I do not want any of their furniture as a replacement. Bad experience."
"We have had 2 of these sectionals for 2 years. The fabric is a horrible quality and has not held up well at all. We are extremely disappointed in these sectionals. Also, the cushions and pillows do not stay in place and constantly need to be repositioned!"
"Cullen be happier with the couch set! Comfortable and fits perfect in our family! The experience from going to show room, looking, buying and delivery went very smooth! Very happy with our purchase!"
"Love this sofa! So comfortable and looks great in my basement area! Pull out bed so comfortable! Great for guests!"
