"We live the couch! It’s comfortable and the pull out is comfortable. The mattress is comfortable. We also purchased a mattress cover that is great! But the couch cushions where the sofa pull out are already starting to sink in. I think is a design issue and not really a quality issue, if you get what I mean. Also, I should have measured the sectional before purchasing it. It was slightly too big for the living room. So the chase lounge is in my walk in closet, which I absolutely love! It really is a win - win situation! Again, my only issue is that the couch cushion above the sleeper is sinking and it’s just because of a design issue. If you put a piece of ply wood underneath the cushion, it’ll be fine."

"I’ll most likely never buy a couch from here again. This cost me over $2k with good proof and delivery and the long section doesn’t even line up to the back, dips down, started pilling after 3 months, material started pulling. This couch will not last you. I thought it would when I bought it so I’m very disappointed. If I didn’t still owe money on it I would give it away for free."
