Reviews

Fantastic Couch, amazing price

"Really happy with our new sectional for our small living room. This couch fits nicely, but is so spacious to sit and lay on. Very cozy and comfortable. Bob's service was great and the people were friendly. I think we will get another section to extend the couch longer."

— SANTANA H. (4/5)

I absolutely love this large

"I absolutely love this large cream-colored living room furniture! It is spacious, elegant, and perfect for creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The neutral cream color looks beautiful and blends easily with different decorations and styles. There is plenty of room to relax, stretch out, and enjoy time with family and friends. It makes the living room look brighter, more comfortable, and luxurious. The size is perfect, and the overall design is both practical and stylish. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it!"

— TAICHA C. (5/5)

Perfectly Satisfied

"We absolutely LOVE our new Cottage Chic swivel chairs w/ Ottoman! They are beautiful and comfortable! Anthony, our sales representative was amazing, polite and very helpful in assisting us in finding just what we wanted to complete our living room. The "white glove" delivery was excellent. The two young men were fast, polite and did a wonderful job setting up our new chairs. We are 100% satisfied and happy. The Carson end-table completed the look!"

— CAROL D. (5/5)

Love it

"Love this sectional! Super comfortable, looks great, and makes the living room feel brand new. Now that I have a new dining table too, I can finally stop eating on the couch like an animal. 😂 Great purchase all around! 10/10 would recommend!"

— RAYMOND M. (5/5)

Great couch, but…

"We live the couch! It’s comfortable and the pull out is comfortable. The mattress is comfortable. We also purchased a mattress cover that is great! But the couch cushions where the sofa pull out are already starting to sink in. I think is a design issue and not really a quality issue, if you get what I mean. Also, I should have measured the sectional before purchasing it. It was slightly too big for the living room. So the chase lounge is in my walk in closet, which I absolutely love! It really is a win - win situation! Again, my only issue is that the couch cushion above the sleeper is sinking and it’s just because of a design issue. If you put a piece of ply wood underneath the cushion, it’ll be fine."

— DEVON D. (4/5)

Just Terrible

"I am extremely disappointed with Bob’s Discount Furniture. I have now purchased TWO defective couches, and the quality is absolutely unacceptable! The first couch had an overwhelming chemical odor that would not dissipate, raising serious concerns about potential VOC exposure and my family’s health. I returned to the store and purchased the more expensive Cottage Chic couch, expecting better quality. Unfortunately, it began ripping almost immediately after purchase! Bob’s sent someone to repair it, only for it to rip AGAIN! What’s even more frustrating is that this appears to be a common issue with this collection. If Bob’s knows this furniture has recurring defects, why are they still selling it? I paid more money expecting a better product, only to experience another disappointment. Customers should not have to deal with repeated defects, repairs, and poor craftsmanship. I want a full refund, not another temporary repair! BUYERS BEWARE! Two couches, two defective products, and a complete loss of confidence in Bob’s Discount Furniture."

— Chelsey L. (1/5)

Very Happy

"I like my chair and ottoman very much. I like all the storage in the ottoman. It’s comfortable. Delivery was quick - in and out they were."

— MARIE T. (5/5)

A perfect chair

"I purchased this chair about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It comes with an ottoman which also opens for storage. It is comfortable and being able to swivel as well as rock allows me to watch tv and the changing leaves outside my window. Everything was done well from the time I entered the store until I left after purchasing the furniture. The delivery was on time and so well done. Nothing negative to say about the entire experience"

— CAROL D. (5/5)

— DARREN V. (5/5)
