    Poor quality

I am a die hard Bob’s fan and have bought a lot of things there over the years. however this sofa is a big problem. It’s comfortable enough, but I’ve only had it 1.5 months and the “leather” is already starting to peel and the stitching is coming undone. We have no pets and don’t use them often. I’m...

Poor quality

"I am a die hard Bob’s fan and have bought a lot of things there over the years. however this sofa is a big problem. It’s comfortable enough, but I’ve only had it 1.5 months and the “leather” is already starting to peel and the stitching is coming undone. We have no pets and don’t use them often. I’m disappointed I spent so much money for such poor quality material. Hopefully this can get resolved."

Fits the bill

"This recliner is exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. It is firm with both lumbar and headrest support. Delivered and assembled as promised in a timely fashion. All were professional from the salesman to the assembler. I have one minor issue with the recliner but they will be sending someone out to correct the problem which is of little concern."

— ROBBERT C. (5/5)

Looks great - Functionality Lacks

"While very comfortable the wireless chargers a waste of space and function - they do not work if you have case on your phone or your phone does not lay perfectly flat as well even if it connects it stops charging in seconds - Cup holders are great but are useless when reclined even a little you cant reach them"

— CHRIS O. (3/5)

Amazing value

"We are in love with our 2 new sofas. The quality is amazing and the comfort makes it hard for me to do things I need to be doing. The salesman Gerran was amazing! He worked with us until we found exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend this sofa and Gerran!"

— ELIZABETH H. (5/5)

Comfort

"This recliner was exactly what I was looking for. It will go back far enough to elevate my legs higher than my lower back giving relief. With the lumbar and neck adjustment options, it’s hard to not find a comfortable position."

— DON Z. (5/5)

Great purchase

"We received our delivery on time and sofa & 2 chairs were set up beautifully. Delivery men were prompt, friendly and courteous. We are quite pleased with the quality of the leather and they give our room a very pleasant like and feeling."
