"This is nice furniture but it is not cat friendly. Our old leather held up better but this shows scratches everywhere. The reclining and moveable headrest are a little out of sync lengthwise. The headrest comes out too low like it's for a short person and doesn’t feel right until you're fully reclined. Our other brand feels right in any position."

"I absolutely love my new Canyon Gray Armless Power Recliner with Power Headrest that I received as part of a sectional purchase. It is incredibly comfortable and has quickly become one of my favorite spots to relax. The power reclining feature and adjustable headrest make it so easy to get comfortable, whether I’m watching TV, reading, or just unwinding. The Canyon Gray color is beautiful and looks great with the rest of my sectional. The quality and comfort are exactly what I was hoping for. I also have to mention how amazing the delivery experience was. The delivery team was professional, careful, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Mixed feelings!!

"The Canyon Walnut sectional we bought looks very nice! We loved that we could choose the pieces we wanted. We chose to have a loveseat with 2 recliners and a couch with 3 recliners, and added the large reclining chair at the last minute. We ordered on the 8th of June and it was nicely delivered by friendly clean cut delivery people the following week! We were very impressed with the delivery quality and time frame in which it was delivered. The price seemed reasonable, and the salespeople were knowledgeable and friendly, making the overall experience a good one. However, we noticed all the pieces just seem stiff, it doesn’t feel as comfortable as it did when we sat in the same model in the showroom. We thought maybe we just need to break it in a bit and it would get a more comfy feel… it’s now mid August and it still just feels stiff, for lack of better description. It’s not uncomfortable, just not like what we sat on in the store, which is disappointing!"

Very good couch

"Good couch doesn’t hold hair from pets which is great, tad bit stiff if you’re on it for too many hours (sickness, sedentary) but a comfy blanket probably fixes that it’s perfect for my busy life to come home and relax a couple hours before bedtime watching tv. If in doubt just buy it it’s beautiful and elevates your home, doesn’t make it look cheap"

Obvious design flaw

"We bought this sofa 3 years ago. Within a year and glad the armless power recliner’s metal mechanism had ripped through the zipper exposing the cushion. Warrenty conveniently doesn’t cover zippers. We replaced it with a brand new piece in February of 2026. The new piece had the same thing happened. Again, warranty won’t cover the zipper. It’s an obvious design flaw. We will be replacing it with the no recliner option and will NEVER shop at Bob’s furniture again."

"Its great ,love sitting and relaxing with my legs up in Canyon recliner . I tried many in store before choosing this one as its support is firm but cushioned and it was the one that lifted my legs higher than others,Important for my health issues.
