Not only do we love our new couch and ottoman but loved working with Bob's. It was easy to order online and schedule delivery. They had great communication including updated tracking information on our delivery window so we could prepare for the arrival. Affordable and durable furniture! 10/10!

Buying the couch was ok, the delivery was bad. Erica called after they left the couch on my front porch an was a boss. She along with a guy came to my house and put the couch exactly where I wanted it. The couch is nice but it’s a couch so yea.

Very comfortable!
The most comfortable couch I’ve ever had! The cushions are thick and comfortable and doesn’t sink in! The back support is amazing! Also this couch looks fancy and expensive for a great price. I’m very happy with this couch.
