"Bad assembly of the bed frame (noticed after the team left). One of the drawers couldn’t open. After pulling and tugging so that it could open it came apart. The bedframe was missing the part that enables the lighting, I was told they would mail it. Its been 2 months and I still have yet to receive anything. Followed up two months ago, customer service was not able to determine wether it was shipped or not. Material is not great."

"I wanted a white dresser and chest to go with my other bedroom furniture and this one is perfect. I had expected to pay a lot more for what I was looking for so when I found out the prices for these 2 pieces I grabbed them. The delivery went perfectly, on time and the delivery guys unboxed, placed the items where I wanted them and did a great job of cleaning up and taking away the empty boxes. The sales person that showed me around was especially helpful and informative. I am very pleased with Bob's attention to detail throughout the whole buying experience and I have highly recommended them already to others."

Poor assembly/ poor resolutions

"Delivery was fast. I had an issue with the mattress having the weong measurements in the website & therefore not fitting the bedrame, that was an issuee to get it refunded they really wanted me to exchange. Assembly was fast but poor, one of the bedframe drawers did not open or close prior to the team leaving and I didn’t notice until then. Eventually trying to pull it out the drawer came apart (poor quality). So we never got any use out of that drawer & now we got that brokeb piece very visible. The part that enables the lighting in the bedframe never came with it, Customer service said they will ship via fedex and its been 2 months now and no part. Customer service agents are very nice. However, poor conflict resolutions and poor handy-work."
