        Not recommended

        Cheap furniture. The drawers do not open and close smooth. First delivery had many defects and was returned. Second delivery still had some defects. The Bob's rep that came over to inspect gouges tried to cover with a black sharpie. Would not recommend.

        Highly Recommended – Will Buy Again

        I am very satisfied with the purchase I made at Bob’s Furniture. From the moment I walked into the store, the customer service was excellent. I really liked the bed and decided to buy it. They delivered it to my home and assembled it for a very reasonable price. For that reason, I give them 5 stars....
