    Bad customer service

    The material is pilling bad all over the couch. there is a hole in one of the seat cushions from a staple sticking out on the frame. We paid the extra for the warranty, emailed customer service, filed a claim and they refuse to do anything about the issues.

    We love the couch we picked out, as we customized it to the size we needed. However, I would have like more options in the color palette we were looking for (browns, tans, cream). The majority of what was in store we really liked but were only offered in Grey or blue shades.

    Good quality couch

    The seating is supportive and comfortable. The best part is we have several people thay struggle standing from most couches but are able get up with minimal effort. The material is nice and feels durable.

    We love our couch but unfortunately the delivery service members banged/scratched our walls and did not wear shoe covers (it was raining).
