Is a little too hard for my liking, but will break it in. Delivery guys were fantastic! Wondering what the little speaker like things are in the arms when I open them. The owners' manual was not left with me. Would like to know about that.

My items came broken
Haven’t had a call or email about the replacement of receiving broken items and I paid you guys to assemble , the workers told me they took pictures and send in the information that my item was damaged as still as of yet heard anything about the removal of damaged item and the replacement
