What a careless packing job: one of the boxes with two wooden supports was open-ended, the hardware was taped together, not in a box or bag but literally taped ...

Cheap.

I ordered a table and 4 of these chairs exactly 2 years ago. The chairs had a 2 year life span under normal everyday use. One broke 4 months ago and the other broke last night. The problem is poor construction and the wood is cheap quality. Save yourselves some money and go elsewhere. I wish I did.
