Why some customers may be experiencing delays
The health and safety of my employees and customers have always been a top priority.
When the Covid pandemic put our customers, associates and suppliers at risk, we chose to close down our stores and pause production on merchandise out of an abundance of caution. As you might imagine, that pause caused disruptions in our supply chain. We are now open and quickly ramping back up, though it is taking some time to reach levels of operation prior to Covid. Unfortunately this is causing longer than average delivery and Customer Care wait times for some customers.
The entire Bob’s team is working hard to get you the furniture and mattresses you love as quickly and as safely as possible. We appreciate your business, understanding, and patience during these unprecedented times.
No Contact Drop-Off
My delivery team is still working to bring your new furniture and mattresses to your home. Due to increased health concerns regarding COVID-19, I have added another great delivery option for you - No Contact Drop-Off! This option allows you to take delivery of your items without having direct contact with a Bob’s delivery representative.
Call my Customer Care team at 860-474-1000 to request No Contact Drop-Off, or ask your delivery team member when they arrive at your home.
The delivery team will leave your order on your doorstep, in a garage, or a designated area outside of your home. Your signature is not required.
The BOBtastic Delivery Experience team will take a photo after the item has been dropped off as proof of receipt.
Some Value Express and other products feature Direct Shipping from the manufacturer. Shipping fees are included in the price of these products. Direct Ship products are delivered via FedEx, typically within 3 to 6 business days, and are not available for pickup. An email with FedEx tracking information is sent once the order ships. Some assembly may be required for Direct Ship items. Look for the Shipping Included badge or browse all Shipping Included products here.

BOBtastic Delivery & Pickup
If you would prefer a BOBtastic Delivery or Pickup option instead of No Contact Drop-Off, here are your options:
If you have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture, you can pick up your merchandise curbside at select locations. Our warehouse personnel will drop your items at your car for a no-contact hand off. You are responsible for loading and securing the items to your vehicle. Find your nearest pickup location here.
We’ll bring your delivery inside the front door of your home. You’ll need to open the merchandise, bring it to your room of choice, assemble it, and discard all packaging materials. A signature from someone 18 years or older may be required on the delivery receipt.
White Glove Delivery
Full-service delivery to your room of choice, unpacking, assembly, trash and old mattress removal and more. We’ll show you all the fun features of your new furniture and teach you how to use it! Just sit back and let us do all the heavy lifting. Download my White Glove Delivery checklist!
Bob's Value Express
Parcel delivery via FedEx for select products.
Just look for the Value Express logo. Bob's Value Express items typically ship within 3 to 6 business days of purchase. Please note: if purchased along with furniture that is not eligible for Value Express shipping, all of your items will ship via either No Contact Drop-Off or BOBtastic Delivery. Mattresses shipped via FedEx do NOT qualify for removal of old mattress and foundation.
