Reviews

Really nice

"Pleasantly surprised by this couch. Needed something modular that would fit in my NYC apartment elevator and this worked out perfectly. The two pieces don’t connect but so far I’ve had no problem with them just pushed together. I’ve sat right in the middle of the two pieces plenty of times with no issue."

Unsatisfactory

"I specifically picked out the charcoal sectional couch that I wanted. Upon delivery I recieved a couch that was not only damaged but also one piece of the sectional was a swamp colored green. I am highly upset because I expected to get what I paid for after spending alot of money for my merchandise. I was expecting to enjoy my sectional with my family watching movies while having family time. We never got the chance to experience that with this sectional. I would not recommend Bob's furniture to anyone. Do not spend your hard earned money here because you just might not get what you paid for."

Stylish, Sturdy & Simon and Oliver Approved! 🐶🐶

"Absolutely love this pet bed console! It’s very sturdy, well made, and looks so classy in my living room—it actually feels like part of the furniture instead of just another pet bed. My boys absolutely adore it and made themselves comfortable right away. I love that it’s functional for them while still keeping my space looking clean and stylish. Great quality, beautiful design, and definitely a purchase I’m happy with. My experience with Bobs furniture has been very positive. Great costumer service. I highly recommend!"

Cute and cozy

"The couch is a perfect fit for our small apartment space. The storage inside is perfect and fits many blankets and other non-everyday items which has helped make our space seem bigger. The material is very comfortable and has made for a great spot to disappear into a good book. The ease of purchase and white glove delivery has made this couch an excellent first time investment."

— Ronald L. (5/5)

My favorite couch!!

"I looked at so many sofas before finally finding this gem. First, the comfort! The memory foam gel is the perfect amount of support and give. The size of the seat and backing is oversized but not too large. The color! My goodness! It literally warmed up my entire living room. I'm in love! It's incredibly versatile as well, being modular, I can move around the ottoman or seat modules for more space, to max and relax, when there is company! I love this couch! The price, the delivery, everything was perfect."

— LISA G. (5/5)

Super Comfy

"Very happy with my purchase. Adam was a professional from start to finish. After a few visits I finally settled on this couch and I'm very happy with my decision. It is comfortable and fits my entire family and lifestyle. The couch is sturdy and the added storage is a huge plus."

— MELISSA R. (5/5)

So Comfortable & Beautiful Fabric!

"My husband and I bought this couch recently, and we absolutely love it! It is extremely comfortable with deep seats that are the perfect in between firm and squishy. The storage underneath is very useful for blankets, games, winter clothes. My favorite part is the fabric. It’s very luxurious and soft, as well as a beautiful color (spa blue). I was also very pleased with the customer service we received at the store, during shipping, and delivery/installation. We live in a Chicago apartment with a narrow stairwell they were able to get up no problem to the second floor. They were fast in installing the couch, and I would definitely recommend them to friends!"

Great couch for a great price

"I bought this couch for a vacation rental property. Wanted something sturdy and inexpensive. The sofa looks great. It’s a little stiff at first but gets softer. The pieces don’t connect with a fastener but I solved that buy purchasing couch clamps that are basically rubber bands that you use to connects the legs. It works amazingly. Couch doesn’t slide around. The two piece is large enough for 3 adults."

— MILIAN G. (5/5)

Great couch

"We bought this with some older family in mind and they have no problem getting up and sitting down on it. The color looks great in our house and the sales team in Winston Salem were fantastic. We'll be buying more from Bob's.."

— ROBERT C. (5/5)

So nice!

"This modular sofa was just what I was looking for. It’s firm, but comfy, has storage under each piece, and can be arranged into a bed (which is why I bought an extra ottoman). It fit my small space with odd dimensions perfectly. I love it so much!"
