Reviews

Unsatisfactory

"I specifically picked out the charcoal sectional couch that I wanted. Upon delivery I recieved a couch that was not only damaged but also one piece of the sectional was a swamp colored green. I am highly upset because I expected to get what I paid for after spending alot of money for my merchandise. I was expecting to enjoy my sectional with my family watching movies while having family time. We never got the chance to experience that with this sectional. I would not recommend Bob's furniture to anyone. Do not spend your hard earned money here because you just might not get what you paid for."

Cute and cozy

"The couch is a perfect fit for our small apartment space. The storage inside is perfect and fits many blankets and other non-everyday items which has helped make our space seem bigger. The material is very comfortable and has made for a great spot to disappear into a good book. The ease of purchase and white glove delivery has made this couch an excellent first time investment."

Great couch for a great price

"I bought this couch for a vacation rental property. Wanted something sturdy and inexpensive. The sofa looks great. It’s a little stiff at first but gets softer. The pieces don’t connect with a fastener but I solved that buy purchasing couch clamps that are basically rubber bands that you use to connects the legs. It works amazingly. Couch doesn’t slide around. The two piece is large enough for 3 adults."

— MILIAN G. (5/5)

Great couch

"We bought this with some older family in mind and they have no problem getting up and sitting down on it. The color looks great in our house and the sales team in Winston Salem were fantastic. We'll be buying more from Bob's.."

— ROBERT C. (5/5)

great couch

"It took me two trips to Bob's to make my final decision. No pressure from the sales staff and interest free financing sealed the deal. I purchased this module couch to that I could add on to it at a later date. It's very sturdy and comfortable. Highly recommend!"

— KIMBERLEY M. (5/5)

— MONICA K. (5/5)

Great couch. Great service.

"We love this Modular Bob Spa Blue couch. It is perfect. The modular is a great set up. The color is fantastic. The storage under each piece is great and the side table is perfect. The sales rep was excellent. She explained everything perfectly and helped us order the exact amount of pieces we needed that fit the measurements perfectly. Highly recommend this set and highly recommend Bobs!"

— MATT P. (5/5)

Comfort with storage

"Looks great, firm cushions and the 2 parts stay together I was worried about them sliding since they dont actually attach. Seats lift for storage and the neutral color brings balances the black and taupe in my space."

— BARBARA J. (4/5)

Modular couch

"I’ve had this couch for about a week. I find this couch to be very uncomfortable. The cushions are very firm and they are arched or domed (I’m not sure if you can see it in the attached picture). I just can’t get comfortable. You can’t lay on the couch due to the domed cushions it pushes your stomach up and arches your back. The sales people and delivery people were great and very professional."

— Nancy (3/5)

I found my cozy corner

"This set is so comfortable, the fabric is soft yet durable!! Have the flexibility of the modular set up, with every piece finished has created so many options. We are already planning on adding pieces to grow our setup. Then on top of this all there is the major bonus of storage, so much more than I realized! Couldn't be happier with this purchase!"
