"I love our new wrap around couch .. the cognac color is beautiful!! I have had trouble (and by reading the reviews on it, other people as well) with the cup holders staying closed. One works perfectly and I had one replaced .. which was no problem but a second one is doing the same thing. They told me it was a malfunction from the factory."

"This would be 5 stars. Seating units are great. Extremely comfortable!! Fridge console keeps my drinks close and very cold. Only issue we have had so far is that the wireless changing is very weak. More USB ports instead of wireless charging(on cooling console) would have been better for us."

Comfortable and Pretty

"This is a replacement for a sofa which had an electrical problem. It was also purchased from Bob's and it was a breeze to file a warranty claim - within a week or so we had the voucher to return to the store and find a new sofa. The tough thing was the original sofa was the ultimate in comfort and it is no longer made, so we opted for this one. It fits in our space, which was the biggest obstacle as we were limited by length. Most sofas are well over 100" and we simply had to compromise. The color is lovely, the functions are excellent but the center section with the arm rest/storage/phone charger is cumbersome. Especially the lackluster phone charging......it makes dial-up internet seem speedy!"

Love love love!

"My family and I absolutely love this couch! So many features I didnt even know was a thing! Easy to clean, so comfortable for the whole family. The built in speaker is a family favorite for dance parties. Heated massage chairs, cup holders everywhere and a fridge! We have gotten so many compliments from family and friends! The entire shopping experience was a dream. The salesmen was informative, helpful. Never pushy. I loved being able to go try the furniture out in person. We were offered payment plans and delivery. The delivery men were on time and efficient. Took our old furniture away, put our new couch together. Showed us all the features. Every piece has a warranty, that I love with children and dogs. Very very happy with our purchase!"

Speaker terrible

"A little disappointed this is not what I thought it would be compared to some of the other recliners with these features. Comfort wise it’s good, quality as far as the speaker itself terrible!! One I feel like it could have been more detailed with speakers in the top of the center as well as the bottom being a woofer instead of these small speaker where you have to turn it all the way in the 70 level and it still doesn’t sound good and it cuts in and out! My Tv sound is better than the speaker!"

Recliner ok but doesn’t massage lower back

"We tried the power recliner with heat and massage in the store and enjoyed it. Especially after shopping at several stores that day. After having the chairs for four months we realize it doesn’t massage the lower back unless you position yourself way up on the back of the chair. The message is actually something inside that pushes straight out into your back at various points. I wish it had circular motion in each side and massaged the neck down to the lower back. It really only does in the kidney area up to the shoulders. I wouldn’t buy again."

Comfortable and Sturdy Furniture

"The furniture it great. It's not stiff and hard to touch or sit, I really like all the gadgets. I ended up getting two speaker consoles instead of the one speaker console and the one mini fridge. I wish they would have told us that you cannot use them both at the same time, if they were synced together. If I would have known that I wouldn't have gotten 2 of them. The one is pretty low whenever bluetoothed to the TV so kinda defeats the purpose. All in all it's a nice set, just not given enough clarity."
