Childhood table

"Childhood table"

— GWENDOLYN S. (5/5)

No customer service

"I recently purchased a nook dining table. There was damaged parts. When I requested replacements, the manufacturer told me to contact the retailer. When I did contact Bob’s the rep did not know what to do and said she would need to escalate the issue. Basically got me off the phone. That was the last I heard from Bob’s Discount Furniture. The table was poorly engineered and quality was lacking to say the least."

So disappointed!!!!

"The table came in a DARK BLUE and it’s rough and uneven. I wanted the LIGHT GRAY The return process was horrible couldn’t get ahold of anyone kept saying someone would call took days untill I got a text asking for pictures for them to stay that it’s the same and to enlarge the photo to see the uneven rough wood material and that they can’t guarantee color! Falsely advertised i will never buy from bobs again I would give zero stars if I could"

Lots of damage

"Lots of damage"

— CARISSA C. (1/5)

So disappointed

"I have wanted a kitchen nook for over six years and have done endless research and decided to spend the money and go for the more expensive one and ended up with crap. I have endless cracks going down the center of my benches and table that are just gonna grow over time, random blue spots, and streaks on my white paint, scratches all over my table like with a knife or a box cutter almost it looks like, on one end of my bench Thursday, unless chunks of wood missing and painted over with endless chips. It’s also designed where the rough splintery side is on the outside on the benches and table and the smooth is on the inside, which makes absolutely no sense. I love this table but I am extremely upset with the quality and how damaged it came. I have endless pictures and it’s straight out of the box. I am contacting customer service to second they open in the morning since it’s been the weekend and hopefully someone will assist."
