The item requires assembly by the customer and is not eligible for Bob's technician services.     Wrong color item/ No reply

    #SweepstakesEntry I received one package in the correct color and the other was not, so I was not able to build it. I’ve been trying to get this problem fixed and have not heard back. Really disappointed .

    Noisy with the Slightest Movement

    This bed creaks and cracks and pops with the slightest motion. Tossing a pillow on it, the bed creaks. The worst piece of furniture I've ever bought in 40 years #SweepstakesEntry

    This dresser is well built, straight forward to assemble (takes a while, but worth it) and for the price, just amazing.
