    Not happy

    My chair is broken and trying to get on the app so I can get it fix is confusing and frustrating trying to talk anyone is frustrating I would like someone to help get my chair fix the only thing is your sale person was professional and friendly and delivery staff was the same

    Problem with assembly

    The chair is fine, however the assembly does not appear to be fine, which I did pay for. The chair pulls apart when opened up, thus there is a gap. I have emailed Bobs to ask them to fix that, but as of today, they have not responded. Hence, I am writing the review.

    Ottoman Futon

    The ottomans make perfect beds for the grandkids and look pretty when unfolded. They can even be small chairs! The fabric and color were pretty. Delivery and set up was quick and fast. Thanks Bobs!
