Why did I have a space between my matress and the bed frame? I need to know before my review

Hello! Thank you for submitting your question! Here at Bob's we are always available to help. If you are experiencing a gap between your mattress and bed frame don't fret, those are normal depending on the size. Typically we allow for roughly 2" between the mattress and bed frame to accommodate for fitted sheets, sheets, bedding and a comforter to be used. Our mattresses also have a +/- 1" allowance because they are hand finished during manufacturing. As long as the items were both ordered in the same size, there shouldn't be a problem at all!
