Beautiful bed, cheaply made parts

"This is a beautiful bed, but the materials they used for the foundation are cheaply made. The photos are one of four foundation pillars made of engineered wood that broke and created an unstable foundation for my mattress. It broke from regular getting in an out of bed, nothing crazy. It's another reminder to not buy cheap things because why would a foundational piece be made of wood chips instead of solid wood?"

Beautiful

"I love my new Cascade Queen black bedroom set. I ordered an additional night stand and chest. The headboard was damaged upon arrival but they replaced it in a week. There are minor scratches on nightstand and dresser but are sending technician out to repair. I wish the drawers were better made but overall for the price I am very satisfied"

Great product great service

"The salesman was amazing. I would go back just to talk with him. He was such a nice person. He sold me on the dresser. We got, love it. It’s beautiful!!! Looking forward to buying more furniture from Bob’s."

Not the best quality and service

"Had a dresser delivered with 3 our of 6 drawers broken. They have scheduled a service in 2 weeks after delivery to fix them. Waited 2 weeks, technician arrived and was able to fix only 2 out of 3 drawers as he only had parts for 2 of them. They said they will send the parts and once I get them, another technician will come to finish the job. So the parts have arrived 3 more weeks later, then new technician was scheduled 2 more weeks later and fixed the drawers so it could close in and out. I haven't fully checked his work before he left and once I did, it appeared that while drawer was working, it was also wobbling unlike the rest. Another technician scheduled in 2 more weeks, who arrived and admitted that he forgot to remove some debris after previous fix that resulted in wobbling... So you can see it took almost 3 months to get a working dresser from Bobs, very inconvenient experience. But the style is good so 2 starts."

Laminated furniture

"Not the greatest stuff. Laminated imperfections in furniture. Customer service is horrible. Called them like eight times to get credit off my bill not the greatest quality."

AWESOME BEDROOM DRAWER CHEST!

"Great bedroom furniture. Love the spaces drawers, the color, as well as the depth of the dressers. I looked at many other furniture companies, but this set exceeded my expectations. The quality of the wood was exceptional. I am hooked on this set and I am very pleased."

— MICHELLE T. (5/5)

We love it!

"My husband and I got this nightstand because of the deep drawers. It looks very aesthetic. Now we have plenty of space to put out electronics etc. if you’re looking g to buy this don’t hesitate. Only thing is the drawers are not too smooth when opening and closing."

Cascade 4 Piece King Brown Panel Bedroom Set

"The bed frame is just perfect for our room, fills it out nicely! We were debating on getting a queen or a king, but I’m glad we went with the king. The mirror and dresser is a great combo as well and has a lot of space for our clothes! Finally the nightstand is nice and compact but has enough space for clothes and any other things we might need to put away! Overall, my wife and I are very happy with this purchase!"

Cascade Headboard

"Before I went to the store, I looked online to see what they had. I saw three headboard’s that I liked. Once at the store, one of them was too masculine for me. The other one I loved (it had a beachy design), but the footboard was pointed and a bit higher than I expected. I was afraid I would keep bumping into it. So I took a chance on this model, even though it wasn’t on display at the store. I think that this bed, has a mid-century modern look to it. I love the light brown color, but the headboard is much higher than I expected. Maybe I’m old fashioned, but I don’t understand why they are so high, compared to the headboards that they made years ago. So I took off a star for that reason. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with my choice. It looks good in my bedroom. :)"

Very stylish

"Big bang for my bucks! I've searching fir furniture a few years. Some stuff I just settled for. Some I couldn't. When I first saw this I wanted it and thats how I like to pick my items. The delivery was smooth a cool. 3 guys came and set everything up. The quality is very good for the price. Looking forward to shopping again."
